Asparagus Frittata with Burrata

This elegant brunch recipe options contemporary asparagus, creamy burrata, and a touch of herb pesto, all baked to golden perfection. It’s a seasonal showstopper that’s surprisingly easy to make!

  • Preheat the oven to 375 levels.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk collectively the eggs, cream, parmesan, salt and pepper.
