Bio-Health have combined valerian root, hop strobile and sweet fennel, known for their sedative and relaxant actions, with some of the B-Group vitamins, Niacin, Riboflavin, Thiamin and Vitamin B-6 to help soothe the cares of the day.

RECOMMENDED INTAKE:
1 capsule swallowed with water twice daily after food

Bio-Health’s Pure-fil capsules are free from additives, sugar, lactose, gluten and yeast.

The capsule shell is Hypromellose and is suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
