Higher Nature Organic Flax Seed Oil is made from 100% organic flax seeds. Flax is a naturally high source of omega 3.

• Unrefined and cold pressed, made from 100% certified organic flax seeds
• High in plant source omega 3
• Typically contains 50-65% ALA and also provides omega 6 and omega 9
• Ideal for dressing salads, on vegetables or in smoothies
• Not suitable for cooking

FREE FROM: Artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives, corn, dairy products, gluten, lactose, maize, salt, soya, starch, sugar, wheat and yeast.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. This product has not been tested on animals.

DIRECTIONS

Adults and children 3 and over take 1-2 tsp (5-10ml) a day. Children 6 months to 3 years take 1 tsp (5ml) a day. Not suitable for frying or baking.

Ideal for dressing salads, on vegetables or in smoothies.
