Flax Seed Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerin), Antioxidant: Vitamin E (as D-Alpha Tocopherol). Each capsule contains on average 1000mg of Flax Seed Oil of which 484mg is Alpha Linolenic Acid, plus 10mg of Vitamin E.
